How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Currently we offer free shipping to all destinations, with standard shipping.
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days (€5), express shipping 2–3 business days (€11). Shipping is free on orders over €200.
Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver within the EU Customs Union and the United Kingdom.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No, within the EU Customs Union all taxes are included. For UK orders, local import fees or VAT may apply.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. For further information have a look at our return policy.
How do I return an item?
Just send us an email at office@viabuttoni.com with your order number. We will reply within one business day with your return label and simple instructions.
Can I exchange an item?

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I ship my order to a pick-up station?
Depending on your location, delivery to pick-up stations may be possible. Please check with your local DPD or postal service.
