Your Right of Withdrawal

Return Process

  1. Requesting a Return
    If you wish to make a return, please contact us first at office@viabuttoni.com. You will need your order number (found in your order confirmation) and the email address used to place the order. We will review your request and respond within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label, provided your request is eligible under our return policy.

  2. Return Instructions
    Once you receive our return instructions and label, please package the item(s) securely. In cases of multiple items, please clearly indicate which product(s) you are returning (the model name can be found in your order confirmation). We also kindly ask you to provide the reason for the return – this helps us improve our service. As a thank-you, you'll receive a €10 discount voucher for your next purchase when a reason is provided.

  3. Shipping the Return
    Use the provided return label to send your item(s) back. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been confirmed. VIA BUTTONI is not liable for any returns lost in transit that are not sent using our label.

Important: For returns from outside the EU Customs Union, make sure that customs duties are prepaid (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). Otherwise, your return may be rejected, as we cannot cover these costs.

  1. Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm that they comply with our return policy, you will receive a notification via email. If accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days – minus the cost of return shipping. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Process
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us directly at office@viabuttoni.com. Let us know your original order number, the item you wish to exchange, and which item you would like instead. We will respond within one business day with exchange instructions.
Please note: Exchanges are only possible if the desired item is available. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item first, and then place a new order.
